Для работы с электронной почтой я использую программу The Bat!. На рабочем месте у меня уже давно установлена версия 3.98. Недавно я решил перенести The Bat! на другой компьютер и заодно поставить версию посвежее. Но было очень важно при переносе не потерять всех своих настроек и, главное, писем (как полученных, так и отправленных).
Итак, чтобы быстро и корректно перенести письма и настройки почтовика, делаем следующее:
На старом компьютере запускаем The Bat! и в строке меню выбираем “Инструменты” – “Резервная копия”. В результате получаем файл с расширением .tbk. Этот файл переносим на другой компьютер (например, на флешке).
На новом компьютере нам будет нужно просто восстановиться из резервной копии. Это можно сделать в момент установки новой версии программы: на завершающем этапе перед вами появится подобное окно:
В нем выбираем пункт “Восстановить данные из резервной копии” – затем жмем “Обзор” и указываем наш файл с расширением .tbk. Затем остается только дождаться окончания процесса восстановления. На этом всё.
Если после переноса программы, в момент отправки писем у вас появляется ошибка “Невозможно экспортировать письмо”, прочитайте данную статью.
